Driving directions:

Minden, in the Haliburton Highlands, is located about two hours northeast of Toronto on Highway 35, about 78 km north of Lindsay and about 37 km north of Coboconk.

From the Greater Toronto Area:

• Take the 404 north to Newmarket.
• Take the Hwy 31/Davis Rd. exit east to Hwy 48.
• Turn left onto Hwy 48 and follow for approximately 44 km to Hwy 12.
• Turn left onto 12 and follow for 11 km.
• Turn right at the Bolsover sign back onto Hwy 48.
• At the end of 48, turn left onto Hwy 35 and proceed 34 km to Minden.
• Look for first traffic light (Main St.). Turn left and follow through the town. Go over the bridge and take an immediate right onto Invergordon. Go 0.7 km more and we'll be there to greet you!

From Toronto International Airport

• Take Hwy 401 or Hwy 407 to Hwy 400.
• Take Hwy 400 north to Hwy 12 (at Orillia).
• Follow Hwy 12 south to Rama Rd.
• Exit Rama Rd. north to County Rd. 45.
• Turn right on County Rd. 45 (Monck Rd) and follow this east to Norland.
• At Norland turn left onto Hwy 35 (north) and follow to Minden.
• Follow directions below through Minden

If you are coming northbound on Hwy 35

• Take the first Minden turnoff to the left: it says "Business, Bobcaygeon St."
• Take Bobcaygeon Street through the village for 1 km (bear left at the Y intersection by the CIBC bank), and cross the bridge over the Gull River.
• Turn right immediately onto Invergordon Avneue. There is a blue fingerboard sign at the corner that says "Wild Swan B&B Inn.

If you're coming southbound on Hwy 35

• Take the first Minden exit to the right; it says "Invergordon Avenue".
• Drive on South Water Street along the river until it dead-ends at Bobcaygeon Street.
• Turn right on Bobcaygeon Street and cross the bridge.
• Turn right immediately onto Invergordon Avenue. There is a blue fingerboard sign at the corner that says "Wild Swan B&B Inn.

Drive down north water street along the river about 1 km.

We are at 65 Invergordon Avenue. There is a sign in front near the road. The house is lit in clear Christmas style lights.
